It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. - Check-in after 20:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50. - It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. - Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time. - Please inform The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance of your expected arrival time.
